Most people are aware that when they are bonded out of jail through a bonding company it requires a fee…Commonly known as a “BOND FEE”. Those fees are set by the state of Georgia code (O.C.G.A. 17-6-54) and are as follows: Bonds under $10,000 up to 12% can be charged as a bond fee and bonds over $10,000 are up to 15% as a bond fee. Keep in mind that the “BOND FEE” is not refundable and is the “FEE” to get out of jail.

I was arrested recently for a minor traffic charge. It was my first time being arrested and I had no idea about the how to get out of jail. I called AAOK Bail Bonding, which was right across the street from the jail. They treated me very nice and explained to me how the process works. They asked me a few questions and in no time at all, I was out of jail.

I was arrested for a simple traffic charge….I was unsure about how to get out of jail…I called AAOK Bail Bonding and they explained the process to me and I was out in no time. They were really helpful throughout the entire process.

I was arrested for the first time and had no clue on what to do. I called a few local bonding companies, all of which were either rude or did not answer the phone. I called AAOK Bail Bonding which by the way, they were friendly and very helpful in explaining the bonding process to me. I was asked a few questions and within 30 minutes I was out of jail.
